Position Overview

Cowboy Harley Davidson is currently seeking an Insurance Agent to join our team in Austin!

Location

Austin, TX

Responsibilities:

• Earn between 33k-75k in combination of salary and bonus
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
• Generating quotes for a captive audience
• Provide excellent customer service
• Relationship building Skills

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident self-starter who works well independently
• Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Sales experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High sense of commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong work ethic with a team-player mindset
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
