ACL Insurance is looking for a self-motivated, organized, dependable Customer Service Representative. The starting salary range is between 37K to 48K in addition to opportunities for bonuses/commission on top of the base salary. In addition, ACL Insurance contributes to the employee's medical insurance.
A current Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. You should enjoy providing quality customer service in a friendly manner.
The primary responsibilities would include answering phones and emails in a confident, professional manner. The position would provide customer service to personal and commercial property and casualty customers. There would be very little or no life and health insurance customer service.
