We are currently seeking a Full-Time Intake Associate in person in Eugene, Oregon.
The Intake Associate is responsible for speaking with potential clients and conducts potential new clients to gather necessary demographic and clinical information to determine the appropriate level of care. The intake associate will also help with administrative tasks such as sending intake paperwork, tracking which clients still need to complete paperwork, organizing incoming referrals, organize/update community referrals lists etc.
In addition to having excellent verbal and written communication skills, the intake associate must be able to multitask and handle working in a high-stress environment with a calm and professional demeanor and the demonstrate the ability to deal with a diverse group of colleagues and clients.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Approximately)
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00/hr

Requirements:
- High school or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, however students completing their degree this year are encouraged to apply
- Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- EHR systems: 1 year (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Aid the intake team in the pre-admission assessment process
- Aid the intake team with administrative tasks/projects as needed
- Effectively communicate billing/insurance information to prospective clients
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality Document all communications related to participants in the defined system
- Provide support to the reception team with checking in clients
- Scheduling upcoming client visits, and answering phone calls as needed
