Alliance Resource Group is conducting an urgent search for an interim CFO consultant for a 6-month project in Tracy, California. Our client (70MM+ PE-backed manufacturing company) is looking for a hands-on leader with demonstrated experience in manufacturing, cost accounting, and plant management/controllership. Fantastic opportunity to work closely with private equity leaders, an amazing controller, and other site leadership. Our client needs a "doer" who is ready to get into the details of accounting, operations, costing, and manufacturing in order to solve problems and drive change.

Some areas of interest to the client and examples of project responsibilities include:

• Guiding month-end close and evaluating current accounting procedures
• Management and reduction of outstanding receivables
• Inventory, costing, and pricing management
• Strategic planning going into FY23, including KPI tracking
• Evaluation of COGS, BOMs, and comparison of PPV to actuals
• Evaluation of contracting & billing systems
• Direct collaboration with PE firm, plant/site management, and finance & accounting leadership

Pay: $85.00 - $120.00 per hour
