Interior Designers/ Sales Associates at La-Z-Boy of Tucson, AZ are paid base plus commission, earning $30,000 a year plus commission on written sales. Our average Designer/ Sales Associates earn over $65,000/year, with top performers earning over $80k.

Requirements:

• Associates in Interior Design or related field, or equivalent experience
• Professional dress and appearance
• Available weekends and most holidays (We’re closed Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas!)
• Clean criminal background – you will be in customers’ homes. Our team member and customer safety is important
• Reliable vehicle with clear driving record
• La-Z-Boy is a drug-free workplace
