INTERIOR SALES AND DESIGN ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES________________________________________________

Yetzer Home Store is seeking a professional, responsible, outgoing person to join our sales team. If you love to work with people, understand basic selling principles, able to visually design a room and are motivated by performance-based earnings, Yetzer Home Store has an opportunity for you.

Sales and Design Experts will help spread the Yetzer experience and to use selling principles including approach, rapport building, needs discovery, product presentation, answering objections, closing, follow up, after sale service, and continuing contact with all potential customers, to create sales that lead to the strong financial performance of the company and to build strong customer relationships. Should be able to predict the needs of our customers and act positively on them. Versed in furniture, flooring or window treatments beneficial. Able to act fast on requests from other employees and follow other direction as needed. Retail hours include evenings and weekends but is flexible.

We offer generous commission percentages with bonus opportunities AND there is NO cap on your commission earning ability. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off and an employee discount. High school diploma and previous design sales experience preferred.

MISCELLANEOUS RESPONSIBILITIES___________________________________________

Performs minor touch up or repairs on product. Calls customers prior to delivery and confirm delivery schedule, directions and verify payments to be made.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS -The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must have the ability to regularly lift/ move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Require a normal range of hearing and vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT - While performing the duties of this Job, the employee must be able to work in various temperatures and environmental conditions.
