SUMMARY
As HR/Internal Communications Senior Analyst, you will advance Toyota Tsusho America’s (“TAI”) internal communication goals and support the growing internal communication needs of our North American organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, work will be focused on the development, distribution, and management of internal and HR communications content and tools including:

  • Creating and managing email distribution lists, employee bulletin boards, online blogs/communities, and internal social media tools
  • Implementing and managing tools/software for internal communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing/management
  • Providing channels for employee feedback and response from leaders
  • Company communications to employees including emails, newsletters, intranet “home page” content, etc. related to:
  • Organization mission, strategy, policies, and performance
  • Company-wide and function-specific programs, processes, and tools
  • Employee compensation/benefits and other HR programs and policies

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Who We Are Looking For: An expert communications professional, with experience in written communications and content development, leadership communications, communication channel development and management, and communications planning to help us reach technically diverse internal audiences using appropriate channels and tactics. Ideal candidates will have experience in Employee/Human Resources Communications and/or change management.
Candidates should have strong interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to work independently across a diverse organization. Occasionally, candidate should be able to manage and respond quickly to unplanned/on-demand communication needs/requests.
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years’ experience in Employee/Human Resources Communications, Internal communications, or External Affairs/Public Relations, or an equivalent combination of education/experience required.
