What You’ll Do
- Manage projects and ensure deliverables and timelines are met - Offer high-touch support to employees and managers for mobility related topics - Educate employees, managers, and key stakeholders of program requirements, resources trainings and initiatives. Drive training, guidance, and change management on initiatives - Develop and evaluate program metrics to track program effectiveness - Facilitate policy development and implementation. Be able to assess employee and workforce needs and recommend scalable resolutions to mobility problems - Collaborate with recruiting, HR business orgs and cross-functional teams to evolve program guidelines and policies - Partner with systems and IT to build tools and systems to enable program objectives - Support and lead ad hoc programs as needed - Process and oversee international and domestic transfers to ensure compliance
