Youth For Understanding USA (YFU USA), is looking for top candidates to fill the below position. YFU offers an extremely competitive compensation plan, which includes 12 paid holidays and up to 4 weeks of paid time off annually (dependent on date of hire). Position may be part-time or full-time based on your goals. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individuals who desire to have control over their earnings and desire the flexibility of working from home. Training and mentorship are provided.The YFU Community Manager provides support and guidance to YFU Local Coordinators who are recruiting host families, supporting students, and liaising with schools to support a strong, vibrant YFU community. The Community Manager (CM) will be responsible for a determined number of students to be placed in their field. These students will be directly placed by Local Coordinators, but the Community Manager is responsible for achieving minimum benchmarks. This position reports to the Senior Director of Development.
