International HR Business Partner - New Opening!
Job description
Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an International HR Business Partner opening! This direct hire opportunity offers competitive pay and full time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage all HR administrative processes for a growing international company
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, compensation, and benefits
- Prepare, review, and process bi-weekly and/or monthly payroll for 50+ employees in the US and Canada
- Advise managers and staff on labor law topics and define requirements when opening a new subsidiary
- Collaborate with other HR staff members in Italy
Candidates should have a relevant degree and/or several years experience in a similar role with knowledge of state/federal labor laws. Candidates must be energetic and very motivated. Experience developing HR procedures for a start-up company is an advantage. Bilingual French or Italian is plus.
