We're hiring an International Markets Manager!
About this position
The International Markets Manager's primary responsibility is to support each international market daily. You will be the conduit of information between the Plexus home office and the international markets. You will facilitate meetings and discussions with Plexus' home office team members and the international market. The role is managing new product launches, evaluating local operating procedures and programs, providing strategic direction and input, and partnering with the international market to develop effective events, product promotions, and incentives.

What you'll do
- You will manage projects, set timelines, and work with other departments to meet project deadlines.
- You will research International competitors in the Direct Sales Network industry and engages in competitive intelligence in existing markets.
- You will coordinate the analysis and troubleshooting of key operating functions in each Plexus International market.
- You will recommend more efficient operating procedures when necessary.
- You will ensure timely and effective communications about international business issues to relevant parties.
- You will support Plexus' international offices and work with the office to develop a long-term sales strategy and smooth operation of all operating procedures.
- You will commit to working together as one team, exceeding service expectations by developing positive relationships, and treating others with value and respect.
You should have
- You have a bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- You have Five years of industry-related experience and three years of International experience.
- You must have the ability to work outside of regular business hours, and travel is required.
- You can read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- You have experience writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- You effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- You can calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- You can make decisions on limited information.
- You solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
