Job Description:
Bolt Internet is looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for this position. Jr. Techs will troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new technologies, among other duties. This position requires talking to customers directly and creating written documentation. This job requires excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve internet and networking issues.
Diagnose and repair faults.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Talk customers through actions to resolve a problem.
Following up with customers.
Assist customers over the phone.
Document all interactions with customers.
Sales of new internet connections
Taking payments and billing issues
On-call rotation providing after hour support.
