About the Role: The Interpreter assists Early Intervention Specialists by providing written and verbal interpretation via in-person services. This is a part-time role for approximately 5-10 hours per week. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Portuguese or Spanish and English and available to work in person.This role is eligible for a $1,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS!In this role, youll get to: Provide translating/interpreting services for Early Intervention Specialists and families during remote access, home visits, center-based visits, and group meetings when necessary Translate written materials such as parent letters, newsletters, narrative reports, IFSPs, and notes as needed Assist Early Intervention Specialists during home visits when necessary Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team approach to service provision Maintain compliance with all Kennedy Donovan Center policies and procedures, /DPH regulations and requirements Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned We are looking for people who: Bilingual in English and Spanish or PortugueseAbility to translate written materials in the pursuit of service delivery (via text or email) Able to meet required competency level in Microsoft Office Software.
