Responsibilities:

- Ensure phones are ordered timely and create a PO

- Review credit limit before ordering

- Review store level on hand and prepare allocation based on sales percentage

- Ensure all shipments and handsets are received and check for accuracy of shipment.

- Report any missing IMEI

- Receive PO on ERP before selling to deale

- If items are missing, receive a partial shipment by scanning only the IMEIs physically at the warehouse. You can always receive the rest if they are received on a later day. Wait at most 5 days before filing a miss-shipment in IDOO if items are never received

- Upon the arrival of a shipment, inform dealers via text/Group Me to pick up their allocation

- Request additional allocation via the T-Mobile portal based on the last 7 days’ sales and on-hand quantity

- Review sub-dealer and retail stores inventory level to ensure an adequate level of inventory is kept and carries all lineup of handsets

- Perform physical inventory weekly and provide reports to upper management and the accounting team

- Secure inventory and minimize losses

- Review the BIG 5 report with the dealers when picking up phones

- Support DMs with any necessary communications to the dealers
