KindPeoples is looking for a new member to join our Inventory Control (IC) team! Inventory Control Specialist are responsible for but not limited to:

• Product Intake & compliance checks

• • The IC acts under the direction of the Inventory Control Manager to assure the timely and compliance intake of products

  • Accurate inventory counts, auditing batch and test information on product packaging

  • Reporting product discrepancies and conclusions

• Set up and perform inventory cycle counts

• • Investigate discrepancies to account for loss and escalate to the Inventory Control Manager as directed

  • Perform reconciliations in the inventory management system

• Retail Sales Floor Restocking

• • The IC team assures that the retail sales floor is stocked consistently and effectively

  • Responsible for new product launches and promotional sales event days

  • Maintaining all in-house merchandising, product displays, promotional displays

• Other Miscellaneous Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• • The IC position requires a working understanding of computing, MS Office and POS inventory systems

  • There is a physical element, where inventory is constantly moving from one place to another, candidates should be comfortable on their feet for long periods of time

  • Back of the house is a fast-paced fun environment, but one where everyone works hard and diligently

  • General organization of inventory storage and sales floor

  • High levels of communication with the retail sales team regarding day to day management of the IC functions

  • General cleaning sanitary practices
