Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Candidates for this position must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Time on-site or time zone may be necessary based on business need.
This position has a hybrid work location with in-office training and client team meetings as needed and remote location available other days.
CSC US Fund Solutions group is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Investor Services team with 4-7 years of experience to support the investor activities for our Private Equity clients. The candidate will maintain the fund administration system used to manage all investor records, supervise, and handle investor queries, process investor capital activity, review subscription documents, support investor AML/KYC validations, interface with clients as well as manage staff and multiple client deliverables ensuring superior client service.
Some of the things you will be doing:
The Assistant Manager candidate will supervise the Investor Services junior and senior staff for all processes and client relationships involving all investor related activities and technologies for the US Private Capital product offerings, ensuring accurate, superior and timely service delivery.
Responsibilities include executing administration services provided to private equity funds and related clients, to include:
- Supervising and coordinating workflow of assigned personnel, while managing competing deliverables and deadlines
- Partnering with other team Assistant Manager(s) to coordinate client deliverables and staffing resources
- Career development of junior and senior team members
- Write employee annual performance reviews and manage employee performance
- Communicate with existing investors
- Preparation and Review of investor correspondence (Word mail merge function and Excel, Reporting Services reports and review)
- Submit and/or Review investor upload requests
- Review posted documents on Investor Portals
- Coordinate document postings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Post information to website portal for investors to retrieve
- Distribute correspondence to investors and potential investors via email
- Monitor client email accounts and respond to investor inquiries
- Manage and troubleshoot multiple portals and databases (ViewPoint, Investran, Intralinks)
- Complete subscription document review and AML/KYC services
- Create, Review, and Update internal policies and procedures
- Review VP New Investors, Users, and updates
- Review Subscription and Transfer checklists
- Train new staff
- Lead and assist Client meetings and Client/Investor Onboarding efforts
- Provide Investor Portal overview to clients
- Support director on projects as needed
- Test and implement system application changes and enhancements
- Internal responsibilities (filing, status reports, time tracking, etc.)
What skills, education, and qualifications do you need:
- BS/BA Degree in business, related industry or equivalent experience
- Adaptable to new and changing technologies
- Strong change control management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- AML-specific knowledge and experience is an asset
- Knowledge of IR systems and CRM software (Investran and Reporting Services experience a plus)
- Experience with Investor Portals (Intralinks, Data Exchange, Efront, etc.) preferred, but not required
- Able to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines
- Experience delegating, training, and supervising staff
- Experience managing client relationships
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Advanced Excel and Word proficiency (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, named ranges, mail merge
- ACAMs or CAFP designation a plus
