Health Care coverage for working 30+ hours per week

New employees are health care eligible after 60 days. The company pays 50% monthly premium for employees. You can add health care for spouse and dependents for an additional monthly fee.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Must be 18 years old

· Provide 2 - 3 verifiable professional references

· Valid driver’s license, own reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance

· Successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen

· Negative TB test, completed within one week of hire

· We love hiring experienced caregivers!

· If you don't have prior experience, we will train you!

WORK SAFELY DURING COVID

· Virtual first interviews via Google Meet

· Caregivers answer Covid-19 symptom/exposure questions before clocking in to work

· Caregivers wash hands frequently, clean/disinfect frequently touched surfaces, and wear gloves while providing personal hygiene assistance

· We follow CDC guidelines for employee safety or if employees/clients are exposed to Covid-19 and returning to work after an illness.

TYPICAL CAREGIVING TASKS

· Ambulation/mobility assistance

· Meal preparation

· Dressing/personal hygiene assistance/ADLs

· Bathing/showering, toileting, personal care
