AerSale is currently seeking an IT Administrator (hybrid) to join the team in Coral Gables, FL.
Job Summary: IT administrator will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting the infrastructure and determine root cause to resolve problems returning services to normal levels.
- Participate in technical proof of concept projects as needed to evaluate new features, functions and technology for the information technology services supported by the team
- Develops, implements, and supports projects that satisfy a variety of user needs
- Maintaining system access and security for our network according to company policies
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Managing and maintaining network equipment, printers, copiers, phone system, and other systems related to the business
- Participate in the development of IT policies, standards, processes and guidelines
- Other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent job experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Working knowledge of help desk software, remote control and fundamental operations of relevant hardware and other equipment
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Strong Microsoft Office skills along with server, desktop
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding in area of Technical Support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Strong knowledge of workstation security, anti-malware, and imaging software
- Working knowledge of IT helpdesk ticketing software
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python
- Good troubleshooting and excellent customer support skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements:
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting at desk.
- Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers while typing.
- May occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 30lbs. (standard for office roles)
