The IT Application Analyst - Lead is responsible for gathering business requirements and design/configuration of software applications to meet them. You would test solutions, support system changes, and strive for robust and stable solutions. You would be tactical when needed and quickly respond to Helpdesk inbound. You would be strategic when needed and define long term projects that address root causes and unlock Amazon Pharmacy growth. You will lead more junior members of the team, improving their skills, and their ability to get things done.

Key job responsibilities
- Support an application portfolio of 25+ apps by learning technical detail, customizing, and automating
- Set Service Level Agreements (SLA) goals then meet or exceed them
- Respond to inquiries, escalations, and establish partnerships with key customers and service owners.
- Work with clinical and technical teams to id new tools and services and improve the level of support provided for existing ones
- Evaluate and make decisions around the use of new or existing products and tools
- Written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Mentor junior analysts and data engineers
- Familiarity with enterprise IT systems such as Exchange, Active Directory
- Experience with applications like: Zendesk, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, Adobe, Github, Gsuite
- Experience with automation tools like: Workato, Airwatch
- Technical troubleshooting and strong analytical skills
- Project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $93,500 - 160,000 yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
