SRC Inc is currently seeking a temporary IT Business Analyst. Candidate will work with business owners to analyze, define, model and document systems requirements with a focus on enterprise solutions. Candidate will participate in the process of implementing automated systems solutions, including controls and protocols, to solve organizational information issues.

Responsibilities:

• Document business and systems level requirements within the scope of a given project, including operation objectives and key metrics.
• Conduct business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level to meet business goals, reduce system inefficiencies, and enhance data quality and reliability.
• Develop business analysis documentation (e.g., requirements, use cases, flow charts, acceptance criteria).
• Support the development of detailed requirements and information flows.
• Collaborate with and support developers as requirements are implemented.
• Assist with test planning and execution to ensure all requirement details are tested and delivered.
• Provide support as needed for end-user documentation and training.

What You Bring to the Team – Position Requirements:

• Six years business analyst experience with bachelor’s degree; Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must have the ability to work in a collaborative environment and across various disciplines.
• Strong organizational skills and self-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
