Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Customer Care.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • ensuring all calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner
  • coaching and staff development
  • ensuring agents are knowledgeable within their service line
  • working closely with other service line managers to ensure smooth operations for the whole team
Qualifications

Experience managing staff in a healthcare 24/7 environment strongly preferred.
Experience working in or managing a call center strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Strong customer service skills required.
