We are seeking a talented IT Manager to work closely with our customer service department, senior management and our on-ship operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and customer service skills as well the following technical skills:

- Wide area networking

- TCP/IP

- Virtual server configuration/VMware experience

- Data and network security protocals

- Desktop and mobile device hardware experience

- Strong troubleshooting skills

The successful individuals for this position will also be required to keep up to date on the latest technology trends and be able to communicate effectively with our executive and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot problems with computer hardware or software.
• Install and upgrade programs and equipment.
• Configure computers to work with other systems.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems on computer hardware.
• Create documentation for department policies, procedures, and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
