IT support is the central point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests. The role of the IT Support Engineer is to provide first line support for all staff and users on all technology platforms including, but not limited to, PCs (desktop and laptop), mobile devices, phone systems, and any/all peripherals.
Requirements
· Advanced education or commensurate experience
· Proven working experience with assigned applications
· Experience supporting multiple hardware platforms and software applications at one time
· Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in hardware support and related peripherals
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Experience supporting hardware in a healthcare environment, especially a lab environment is a definite plus.
