Job description
We are looking to add a IT Support Technician to our team.
As our "front-line" person, you have a 1-on-1 relationship with the users who rely on our support to keep their technology working. You act as their advocate within the IT Team and consider their problems to be your problems.
The ideal candidate can quickly diagnose issues with Windows, Printers, Software Installation, and Connectivity issues. Documentation and service focused mindset are a must.
Skills & Requirements:
-Must have education and or experience providing technical support for Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Products
-Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization, Exchange, or SQL Server
-Be able to communicate effectively in documentation and email
Job Expectations:
-Troubleshoot IT Issues including software, hardware, networking, and printers
-Install and update desktops, laptops, phones, and related hardware and software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
