Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to troubleshoot, resolve hardware and software issues quickly and efficiently and have a basic knowledge of Audio/Video, security and surveillance systems. Software Essential knowledge includes knowing Windows OS, basics of Mac OS, and iOS (and Andriod). The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to current and new residential and light commercial projects, setting up and maintaining A/V, security, and network, and providing assistance with network administration tasks. Training will be provided on products issue and install. The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues.
• Programming & design residential home audio systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems and networks.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Monitor system performance and security.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
