OASYS Tech is a premier Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) searching for qualified candidates to join our team.
We have positions available that are both entry-level up to System Engineers. These role will be supporting clients, triaging support requests, providing documentation in our ticketing system as well as assisting with various projects. We support our clients both onsite and remotely by troubleshooting IT related issues.
We are located in Burlington, WA, serving clients in Skagit, Whatcom, Island, & Snohomish counties in person, or by remote access from our Burlington corporate offices.

Essential Position Functions:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from college-level coursework
- 2+ years experience in a helpdesk setting, both covering computer-related work such as computer repair, technical troubleshooting, application support, and server operating systems. Depending on position, (5-7 yrs - additional years of server and network management will be required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory users and computer management, security groups, or Group Policies.
- Knowledge of Windows networking such as DHCP, DNS, subnets, gateways, etc
- Knowledge of creating, deploying, and troubleshooting desktop OS or image issues and applying Windows Security patches and antivirus software.
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows desktop and office productivity applications such as Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 suite, enterprise client applications, printers and mobile devices.
- Possess a valid CompTIA A+ certificate, or equivalent
- MSP experience is a plus
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
