Jail Liaison – Community Health Associates - Tucson

Community Health Associates is seeking an energetic, motivated, and passionate Jail Liaison who ensures effective and efficient delivery of service(s) to members and their families by supporting ongoing program development, implementation and facilitation to engage members into care.

Experience: (Minimum Qualifications)
· Bachelor’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Field
· Four years related experience or training
- Participate in jail and probation meetings.
· Complete jail visits, working in collaboration with community agencies
· Must be able to get a level one fingerprint card
· Must be able to obtain a CPR/First Aid card
· Must be able to obtain TB Test/Chest X-Ray
