We are currently looking for a Heavy Duty Cleaner/Housekeeper who will be working as a Part - time Employee on the weekends (Sat & Sun) for a Multi-Residential Building in Frisco, Texas. The postal code is 75034.

Scope of Work

• Heavy duty or General Cleaning duties, including but not limited to: routine deep and touch up cleaning, hallways, stairways, exterior pool area / courtyard, litter pick up in and around the complex and community space in a multi residential building
• Empty garbage and recycle as required, service garbage room and chutes as required
• Haul garbage bins to compactor and safely operate compactor
• Maintain all hallways in excellent conditions. Sweep and scrub as per schedule
• Maintain exterior amenities (pool, common areas in courtyard), including litter pickup, periodic scrubbing or power washing, run leaf blower
• Maintain amenities clean and deep clean as needed (e.g. pool chairs)
• Clean office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities as well as all high-touch surfaces
• Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms
• Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out

Service hours: Sat & Sun, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (8 hr and unpaid break)

Skills you will bring

• Previous Commercial/General Cleaning experience in multi-family apartment buildings or Offices Buildings, if you have experience using trash compactors that will be great!
• Experience in running sweepers and scrubbers (walk-behind)
• Willing to work outdoors, lift up to 25 kg, and work at heights on ladders
• Available to work on the weekends (Sat-Sun) 8 hours shift
• Verbal communication skills (English or Spanish)
• Mobile phone with internet access
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Be reliable, professional, on time and detail-oriented
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check

Wage rate: US $17.00/hour
