We are looking for a Job Coach in Fairlawn. This opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week. Pay is $14.50-$17.68 depending on education and experience.

Our Job Coaches provide support and training for individuals with disabilities to adapt and learn the job skills needed to be successful in a community setting. We promote a positive, team oriented, innovative approach to teaching Job Skills.

As a Job Coach at TES, you will:

• provide on and off-site coaching, training and support to individuals with disabilities to learn job tasks and gain hands on experience.
• Collect onsite behavior data, and compile into monthly reports

You will need the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

• High School Diploma
• must clear a current background check
• If you transport clients in company-owned vehicles, you must be willing to participate in transportation training sessions
• Must have knowledge of individuals with disabilities, Supported Employment Services
• hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage, 100/300k if driving clients)
• must clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI
• a current TB Test

Preferred qualifications include:

• 1 years' experience working with individuals with special needs
• a valid Driver’s License in good standing

Environment & Physical Qualifications: Assigned work environments vary from site to site and may require services to be provided in a distance learning / therapy model. The work environment is usually comprised of several adults and children in a classroom, clinic, or campus facility with supervisors traveling to multiple sites/clinics. Due to varied work environments, an employee may encounter noise levels that are moderate to loud. In addition, the job functions could include the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.
