Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to join their dynamic team providing services to our Home Health patients to ease their recovery time and improve mobility.

You will find that the CMH culture allows you to focus on individualized patient treatment in their home. This position covers a designated area during the week with weekend coverage for the service area. You will arrange your schedule to see the patients, creating autonomy and flexibility.
A typical day will include: assessing and treating patients in their homes, improving mobility and recovery, and traveling to the homes of the patients
The position is Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with one weekend every 6 weeks and holiday rotation. Additional weekend differential is paid for weekend shifts.
