Before and After School Site Directors For School Age Children (with benefits!) at our West Boylston Champions Site! Starting at $21/hour! Excellent Benefits- including 401K matching and free mental health care!

Hours:

· Monday though Friday Split Shift 6:15am-8:45am and 2:45pm-6:00pm, plus admin

· Total Hours a Week: Approximately 35

When you join our team as a Site Director you will:

· Lead and supervise a team

· Ensure your site is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards

· Partner with parents

· Cultivate positive relationships

· Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
