The Juicery is seeking a qualified Store Manager to join our growing team in Salem, MA!

We're a locally owned and operated juice and smoothie cafe that is currently interviewing for a Store Manager. This is a fun, fast-paced food service job that requires NO LATE NIGHTS and includes great pay, benefits, and discounts.

Summary of Position: As a Manager, you will lead the day-to-day store operations. You’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional environment for both customers and employees. The Manager will work closely with Upper Management to assist in delivering consistent quality products and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Creating and managing store schedule
• Managing product ordering and store inventory
• Managing cash handling
• Hiring, training, and developing staff
• Create and maintain a positive work environment
• Managing and enforcing food safety procedures
• Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with managing orders in a high-volume environment
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required!)
• Full-time availability
