We are professional, agile, supportive and our goal is to is to provide Bookkeepers and Account Management Services to partner with passionate business owners by specializing in the books .We reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements, making sure to account for them properly to take advantage of any tax savings at tax time. We help manage business account payables, create invoices, reconcile accounts and create financials to track your profits and losses..

Our work environment includes:

• Work-from-home days

• Data input of day-to-day accounting operations
• Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
• Payroll Reconciliation
• Managing full cycle Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Process journal entries
• Bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Working with scholarship and federal departments
• Some financial reporting

Job Requirements

• An Associates degree in Accounting or Business
• 1-3 years of experience
• 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks * * Bank reconciliations on a monthly basis

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

• Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
• Double entry bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)
• QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
