Job description

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the project billing cycle including but not limited to:

• Abilities to understand contracts, process contracts/projects setup and update contract modifications
• Issue and distribute invoices, and Account Receivable collections
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
• Keeping updated records of accounts receivable and transactions
• Assist with customer account reconciliations and closeout contracts
• Interact with customers to resolve any issues or mistakes including Project Accounting Ticket Administration
• WAWF/IPP invoice submission, FAR, DCAA compliance
• Support audits and clean ups
• Perform other related duties as required

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of billing accounting or financial analysis experience
• Minimum 1 year of Deltek Costpoint Experience and reporting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office Suite including skills in MS Excel; understanding of databases
