Summary:
This Recruiter role will have a heavy focus on hourly positions for a portion of the hotel portfolio. They will work with the corporate recruiter and HR team to identify recruitment needs. This person must be bilingual English and Spanish.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifying hiring needs and developing strategy
- Collaborating with hotel General Managers to recruit for their homes
- Identifying suitable candidates via Indeed and our internal HRIS/ATS system
- Screening, interviewing, and coordinating interviews and communication between candidates and General Managers
- Develop recruitment and talent related projects
- Full lifecycle recruitment
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years recruitment experience preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Someone with a strong personality, confidence, and excellent communication skills
- Experience in phone-based work is desirable but not essential
