Summary:

This Recruiter role will have a heavy focus on hourly positions for a portion of the hotel portfolio. They will work with the corporate recruiter and HR team to identify recruitment needs. This person must be bilingual English and Spanish.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying hiring needs and developing strategy
• Collaborating with hotel General Managers to recruit for their homes
• Identifying suitable candidates via Indeed and our internal HRIS/ATS system
• Screening, interviewing, and coordinating interviews and communication between candidates and General Managers
• Develop recruitment and talent related projects
• Full lifecycle recruitment

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years recruitment experience preferred
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Someone with a strong personality, confidence, and excellent communication skills
• Experience in phone-based work is desirable but not essential
