Responsibilities:
The Junior Resource Management (RM) Professional supports the tactical functions associated with the collection of and maintenance of both resource and project data used to support resource management. Provides administrative support for the RM Department including case management, data entry, scheduling and records management.

Prepare resource data and reports for weekly distribution
Update data in supporting applications with requests and resource data changes (applications will vary)
Coordinate with employees to maintain accuracy of resumes, skills and certifications for all billable employees
Required to maintain confidentiality and to operate in the role with the highest of ethical standards and professionalism
Experience with scheduling and the organization of calendars and events
Assist in the analysis and execution of resource utilization and capacity using resource planners

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce and Costpoint preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an interim U.S. secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
