Turner & Townsend is GROWING! We are looking for a Construction Planner/Scheduler to join our Team supporting one of our largest Data Center/Mission Critical clients.
Job Details:
- Review initial schedule submissions and ensure comments are addressed prior to acceptance
- Review monthly schedule submissions
- Evaluate impacts and risks to the critical path and near-critical paths
- Monitor schedule revisions and variances
- Verify credibility and accuracy of information contained in the schedule
- Prepare schedule reports, graphs, metrics, and analysis for multiple projects
- Participate in periodic project meetings and support teams with schedule related efforts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of construction industry experience with scheduling and P6 experience preferred, but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform job requirements with minimal supervision
- Ability to develop good working relationships across multiple project teams
- Drive to be proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Local candidates preferred
