Boulo Solutions now has an opening for a full-time Junior Underwriter/Underwriting Assistant in-office in the Birmingham, Alabama (Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook, etc.). An Underwriting Assistant assists Regional Managers with the administration of surety account files and bond billings. This position offers the opportunity to build and grow into a Surety Underwriter. Apply today!

Responsibilities:
- Add account information to the proprietary data management platform
- Analyze and input account financials and work-in-process statements
- Manage contract surety account files
- Process bond billings
- Interface with agency customer service representatives
- Candidate Requirements:
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
- Prior experience/knowledge in contract surety preferred but not required
