Kids West Assistant Team Leader
Job description
This is a year- round leadership position. School Year position: 6.5 hours/day, 6:15-9:15 am & 3:30-6:00 pm M, T, Th, F; 6:15-9:15 am & 3:00-6:00 pm W, plus additional as assigned during the school year. When the program is not in session there will be meetings, planning time, shopping, etc. Works closesly with Site Team Leader.
Hours during the summer will be determined based on needs, however, will be a leadership position between 6.0-7.5 hours per day. One year proven successful experience working with school-age children. We are looking for high energy, self-starters who are team oriented. Experience planning activities for children, supervising others and working collaboratively with other adults.
Must have pre-employment physical. Must obtain Blood Borne Pathogens, Right to Know and Mandatory Reporter within first week of employment via online training. Must complete twelve hour online training program through DHS and Safe Schools through WDMCS. CPR/First Aid required within first 90 days.
