Field Technician
Definition: A Field Technician will perform technical work in the completion of field surveying jobs and maintenance to the technical and professional requirements of the company. Under supervision of the Party Chief, Field Tech assists in property boundary surveys, TOPO surveys, construction staking, and cross sectioning. They will operate field equipment for control work, measure distances, as well as, make simple mathematical computations and notes in the field books.
TRAINING AVAILABLE FOR HARD WORKING AND RELIABLE INDIVIDUALS
Duties:
- Assist the Party Chief in the completion of all assigned duties
- Operate and maintain field survey equipment
- Willing to work outside year-round and capable of moderate to full physical activity
- Work independently
- General understanding of survey equipment and concepts.
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge, responsibility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
