Elkridge based grounds maintenance company is seeking a landscape foreman to lead our installation and mulching crew.

Job Role:

• Must be able to supervise and lead crew to stay on schedule and maintain high quality work standards
• Communicate with management to ensure clients expectations are being met
• Train crew members to follow company standards and guidelines
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply to company equipment safety guidelines

Qualifications :

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in landscaping
• Experience with mulching, installing plants and landscape creation
• Ability to be a leader and train team members
• Drivers license & dot card
• Complete criminal background check and drug screening
• Willingness to learn and advance
• Great attitude and ability to communicate with clients when needed
