SUMMARY
This key middle management potion plays an instrumental role in the achievement of the
company’s overall vision and mission. The primary roles associated with this position are as follows and are defined below:
PRIMARY ROLES/FUNCTIONS
- Customer Satisfier: Serves as the primary point of contact for a select customer base, and provides all operational and customer service needs for those clients.
- Employee Developer: Manages and directs employees engaged in landscape maintenance activities in regards to operational activities and relevant employment matters.
- Operational Manager: Ensures that all maintenance and services are delivered in a proactive manner, according to contract specifications and within the job budget.
- Sales and Business Developer: Sells enhancements and upgrades to existing clients, and provides referrals to the business developer for potential new accounts.
- Financial and Administrative Manager
- Leader: Promotes a positive work environment by inspiring trust and team spirit among co-workers and direct reports
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Landscape maintenance (2 years)
- Strong verbal and written communication
