Job description
Blue Heron Landscape Management is looking for an experienced landscaping maintenance foreman with a valid driver's license to join our team. Working knowledge of maintenance equipment and practices, along with horticultural / plant knowledge is required.
As crew leader you will be communicating with management and overseeing a team of 4-5 employees, ensuring that the highest standards of workmanship are performed at all times. Job duties will include mowing, edging, trimming and detailing of plant material and overall quality control for assigned accounts.
40 hours per week, all year long (not seasonal). 4 days per week, 10 hours per day Monday - Thursday, enjoying a 3-day weekend. Transportation provided from Arcadia to Venice if needed.
We are locally owned and operated, established in 1983, providing professional, full-service landscaping services throughout Sarasota County.
