Our Property Care team is in charge of keeping our client's properties in tip-top shape throughout the season. You will work with a team of professionals to keep these properties healthy and happy throughout the season. This is a full-time, year-round, position that is eligible for bonuses, over time and full benefits.

What you’ll do:

Landscape Maintenance:

• Ensure daily execution of essential property care duties including but not limited to, mowing, weeding, pruning, deadheading, spring/fall clean up, and edging
• Manage job flow and crew efficiency onsite daily
• Complete job site checklist and picture punch list daily
• Seasonal snow duties as assigned

Crew Management:

• Ensure all employees are operating safely including reviewing jobsites for potential hazards
• Start daily route on time
• Resolve conflicts and report to Production Manager(s)
• Lead crew in preparation/execution of daily tasks

You are:

• A Driving Force - You roll-up your sleeves and figure things out. You present solutions, rather than just raising problems, no matter the challenge, you rise to the occasion
• Independent – You can work with a team, but also on your own. You are comfortable with tackling daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• A Strong Communicator - You clearly and confidently articulate your ideas and can relay information in an efficient and effective manner in both written and verbal communication.

Experience:

• Experience with hand tools and other small equipment: 2 years (Preferred)
• Residential maintenance experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Previous field experience within landscape industry (maintenance or construction)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)

Starting Compensation Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year plus OT ($21.63+ /hr equivalent)
