Job description
- $17-18 Per Hour after 1st Week of Training - Must pass all training to company standard.

- Week 1 Training and Evaluation - Monday to Friday (9AM-5PM)
- Friday written test and hands on evaluation of all company procedures and standards.
- $500 bonus after completion of first 90 days of employment.
- Experience at a Landscaping Company is required: Mowing, Edging, Weed Eating, Blowing
- Ability to work alone 95% of the time. Do the right thing when no one is looking.
- Excellent attention to detail. Pride in performance.
- Completes dispatched jobs 100% of the time and 100% to company standard.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to work in the United States.
- Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

- 3-8 hours of dispatched daily lawn maintenance time (Monday - Thursday and sometimes Friday)
- Work Day is from 7AM-4PM (dispatching dictates end of day)
- Special Projects - additional skills required to work on these projects: much, plant, flower, shrub, tree installation and removal; mulch installation; tree and shrub trimming; masonry work; irrigation
