Large Format Super Sales (EXEMPT)

Exempt is defined by the FLSA as employers and employees who are exempt from overtime requirements. Non-exempt is defined by the FLSA as employees who are entitled to overtime pay and must be paid one-and-a-half times their regular rate of pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week.}
Reports to: Large Format Area Sales Manager
General Purpose: Responsible for the replenishment, merchandising, and sales activities in assigned accounts

Qualifications:
? Excellent organizational and communication skills, competitive personality, strong work ethic, and desire to succeed in a commission compensation model
? Ability to work with minimal supervision
? Proficiency in Encompass
? Sales experience is preferred but not required
? Availability to work Monday ? Saturday
? Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; bend over, reach above head height, and kneeling
? Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
? Valid Driver?s License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR guidelines

Responsibilities:
? Replenishment
o Create product orders as scheduled
o Maintain inventory levels appropriate to ensure on-shelf availability, product quality, and support for sales activities
o Ensure all expected product points of distribution are fulfilled
? Merchandising
o Fill appropriate product in all available retail points of purchase across an account; including, but not limited to, cold equipment, warm shelves, floor displays, and to support other sales activities as needed
o Place received deliveries in assigned backstock space
o Work to improve and expand Capitol Wright backstock space
o Ensure product quality through diligent attention to dates and rotation
o Manage damaged and dated product in accordance with company policy
o Ensure all products are properly priced at each point of purchase
o Participate in reset activities
? Sales
o Develop and maintain productive working relationships with all relevant contacts in assigned accounts
o Ensure account participation in all expected programming and retail activations
o Coordinate with Suppliers and appropriate CWD employees to schedule and support sampling events and additional consumer engagements
o Relentlessly work to capture distribution and points of purchase beyond what?s expected for Capitol Wright
o Aggressively promote displays of Capitol Wright products with the goal to be the visible market leader in size, number, and location of displays
o Secure the competitive placement of Capitol Wright point of sale where possible
o Discover and create unexpected sales opportunities in assigned accounts
