Position Summary
The Firm Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Firm and all non-attorney staff who perform a variety of clerical and administrative support tasks to facilitate the efficient operation of the law firm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including finance, human resources, marketing, communications, facilities, including expansion and renovation activities, information technology and service center.
- Collaborate with firm owner and executive team to facilitate operational plans.
- Develop and execute operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
- Collaborate with financial leadership to develop budgets, financial controls, policies and procedures to support fiscal responsibility.
- Leads non-attorney staff to encourage maximum performance and efficiency and promotes company culture and vision.
- Manage vendor and equipment contracts.
- Manage outsourced IT and HR vendors, as well as contractors and alarm company.
- Maintains a professional and positive work environment by facilitating effective communication and information sharing among professional, paraprofessional, management, and support staff.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
- ·Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or public administration; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of senior management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading a diverse team.
- Proven track record of success.
- Ability to maintain calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and staff.
Preferred Required Skills/Abilities:
· Superior written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Advanced understanding of office management practices including knowledge of accounting procedures and information systems.
· Articulate, organized, able to prioritize tasks, delegate when appropriate and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
· Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or other similar software program, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
· Ability to maintain confidential records.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
