Precision is seeking a Lawn Care Crew Member.

This job will entail attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately and timely. Crew members will be responsible for executing manual labor tasks that involve physical bending, kneeling, and/or squatting repetitively to maintain unique outdoor living spaces. Some of the tasks include mowing, weed whipping, blowing, edging, shrub and tree pruning, pulling weeds in landscape beds, picking up trash, and other general grounds care tasks. Crew members will use hand and power tools to carry out required property-specific tasks based on their foreman’s directions. Team members will work flexible hours and days depending on weather conditions and days.

Job Requirements:

• YEAR-ROUND WORK AVAILABLE! Start now to finish out our mowing season, moving into fall clean-up and then snow removal!

• Monday thru Thursday 10-hour day work shift (40 hours per week), pending weather.
• Safely operate equipment such as mowers, blowers, edgers, weed whips, & trimmers.
• In the spring and fall, you will be required to do yard clean ups.
• Basic knowledge of grounds-care and snow-care operational procedures.
• Effective communication skills/ability to understand and follow directions.
• Work well individually and with others.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
