The Position
The Lead Generation Program Coordinator will oversee Total Mechanical Systems' offsite Lead Generation marketing program.
The Lead Generation Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the hiring, training, scripting of all Lead Generators for stores and events throughout our service area. Working weekends and travel is a requirement. This is a position that requires a self-starter and highly proactive person.
Task & Responsibilities
- Ensuring all Lead Generators are following the TMS script and system.
- Ensure that employees reach minimum performance standard set by the company.
- Devise plan to improve the lead generation process if goals are not being reached.
- Spot checking stores, events, and showroom.
- Compiling weekly lead generation reports.
- Payroll reporting.
- Scheduling events and working with event and store managers on scheduling events.
- Working with the marketing department on displays and budgets.
- Scheduling training meetings with Lead Generators as well as with store managers and their staff.
The Lead Generation Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the hiring, training and managing of the lead generation program. This includes, but is not limited to in store lead generation, events, home shows, fairs and festivals. Management will be the primary focus of this position. The Lead Generation Director will be responsible for accurate tracking of associated marketing cost, working with the marketing manager and event managers to determine budgets. Weekends are required.
What We Are Looking For...
This is a very "hands on" position. The position is mostly a "player coach" job, where the director will teach by doing. This proactive person will always have to "lead by example" and set appointments as a teaching tool for the department. The Lead Generation Program Director will constantly strive to achieve stated goals for each individual program managed. An employee that is outgoing and a team leader will succeed at this position.

Requirements:
- MUST be able to pass regular drug testing and background checks
- MUST have a valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record
- MUST have excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Follow routine verbal and written instructions
- Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
- Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly
