Lead Mobile Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of mobile developers
• Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Develop and maintain SDKs and frameworks
• Ensure high-quality code and performance tuning
• Ensure code is secure and adheres to security standards
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding practices and design patterns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in mobile development with a strong focus on either iOS or Android
• Experience in Bluetooth protocols, RFID, and security standards
• Strong understanding of design patterns and coding practices
• Experience with passive tracking and performance tuning
• Experience in developing SDKs and frameworks is a plus
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
